All the good things swing your sweet way!

We only perceive a tiny shimmer, of the full spectrum of light. We see only so far into the future. It is a mystery unfolding with millions of unknowns. We don’t know. We don’t know the threaded trajectories of like-minded souls, the myriad of paths weaving together like a gorgeous baroque tapestry. The twists of fate, windfalls, lucky breaks, chance encounters.

Why assume the worst with all your insurance policies and staying home after dark? Good stuff has already happened to you, stuff you couldn’t have planned what if there’s more to come?

And we know by now, don’t we, that our intentions matter.

You may as well expect the best. You may as well plan for a miracle.

It makes for a nicer day.

What if all the good things swing your sweet way?

What if you do encounter a lover that makes your soul sing or set out to write the great American novel? Or both. Why not you? What if you do organise an exhibition of your paintings or buy that old wooden yacht to make seaworthy and scrub the barnacles off even though you’ve only sailed around the bay once but you yearn of sailing the globe and you only have a hammer and a hand saw to make a start and don’t really know what you are…
